UL EHSS Properties enables you to quickly record or update property related data, no matter where you are.

Record meter readings for electric, gas and water utilities, building certifications, details about individual spaces, property characteristics and create action plans for energy saving initiatives or building maintenance. Save details as you go, and data will automatically synchronise with your UL EHSS site the next time you’re online. The handy barcode reader in the app makes manual meter reading quick and easy while working offline.

You or your colleagues can move the Property through a workflow and meter data can be aggregated with other Property data to enable centralised calculation of your Carbon emissions, including normalised data to enable to you to benchmark site performance.
